I don't work on sprites very often, but when I do, I ball hard.
Recently I've been remaking my main OC which has been pretty fun. After 5 years of living with the current version, there were design features I found lacking. Namely, I felt the shading of V5 was looking a bit dated, not to mention the face was a bit of a modgen/CN copy. It was time to go custom.
With some helpful input from Gardow, I managed to come up with a sprite I liked. He also helped make some nice kicks, which is definitely a weak part of my skills.
Only design decision I decided to skimp on was the hands. There's so many great variations of hands made by other spriters, why recreate the wheel? This doesn't include animated hands however, since there aren't a lot of sheets that have 1000+ angles that work for my use case.

I'll be adding the above new variation to the sheet later, as I am currently working on different emotion sets:
